Q10 What can we do for victims?
What to do when you see bullying happpening is to let teachers , parents principal know your classmate is bullied. No matter how snall you think it is, letting them know is always right to do. Both bullies and victims need help, so ask any adults you can trust to help them out. Do not try to get fhysical with the bullies. violence will never resolve the problem.

Q3How do we create the environment free from bullying?
Invite someone who looks lonely or that you have seen being bullied to sit with you at lunch, study with you in the library, or habg out after school. And let them know that you have their back if they need help.

NGO group

I found a NGO group, Multilingual Education Research Institute.
Bullying is recognized as a serious problem affecting Japanese children. But non-Japanese children and their parents who are also harassed can have a hard time finding practical advice in their native language. They are doing Izime Zero campaign and it provides a number of services including telephone hot line and a web page with advice in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Japanese.

12.Do you think the way boys and girls bully someone is different? Why?

A. Girls bully by social and complicated ways. Though boys bully directly by violence or fights, girls bully by the following ways; Rumour-spreading, writing graffiti about their victims, alienating them from their classmates and the use of email and instant messaging... Girls do harm to you by these nasty ways because they are intelligent. They bully by the brain.

Answer to Q8

8.Do you know what effect and influence happens if someone is bullied? What?

A. Bullying causes so much influence that a big murder could even happen. It's not the bully but the victim that makes the disaster; in return for the torment. Just like this, there seem to be a lot of outcomes that might be contrary to what we expect them to be. Generally, we don't predict that the victim might resist against the bully by the means of slaughter. This may show our lack of imagination about how hard the victims are feeling.

NGO assigment

My topic is bullying and I found this NGO group.

This group is based on Gunma prefecture, though it networks nationwide and also accepts people who speaks foreign languages. This indicates so many problems about bullying spread into a lot of environments. The organization is trying to erase all the bullying issues happening all around the world.

Q1. What do you think about bullying?

Of course, a lot of opinions about bullying might appear I guess. But there is an exact definition; bullying occurs when someone KEEPS doing harm physically or mentally to another person. You can find specific behaviors that might be considered bullying in this site in details.

People feel they're compelling and strong when they're picking on someone. They make other people afraid of them.

People feel uncomfortable and someone who bullies doesn't realize he is making them so.
